How much is shipping?

• Depending on your locations rates are different. When purchasing the product you can view the shipping cost after adding your information. 

Where is my order?

• Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number, please keep in mind handmade jewelry items might take up to 14 days, if you are in a rush to receive your shipment please let us know at info@bavan.ca and we will do our best to send your item as soon as possible free of any additional charges. 

Is signature needed and can you ship to a PO Box, APO or FPO address?

• Signature is needed for receiving the delivery we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

•       Depending on your locations tax rates and duties are different, while purchasing you can see the added taxes. 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

•        Since all the products are handmade it can take between 7 days to 21 days for the shipment, but if you are in a rush to receive your shipment please let us know at info@bavan.ca and we will do our best to send your item as soon as possible free of any additional charges.
